Get a smooth process in order to reach your desired site, by importing demo data.\u00a0This will automatically create the posts, projects, pages and albums that you need to get a better idea how a populated website looks like.<\/p>\n

When you first install your theme, it will look differently from what you have seen in the live demos. In order to make it the same as in the demos, you need to fill it up with demo content, that we provide to you with theme package, via demo files.<\/p>\n

The demo content consists of various types of entities like menu items, posts, projects, pages, products, theme options,\u00a0sliders<\/em> and so on. You can import all of them or just part of them, according to your needs.<\/p><\/div>

Before importing the demo, you need to know that WordPress creates a sample page<\/strong><\/em> and a sample post<\/em><\/strong> after installation. You can delete them.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

Each demo the theme comes with contains 3 types of files:<\/p>\n

  1. XML files (*.xml)<\/strong> \u2014\u00a0comprise Posts, Projects, Pages, Album, Products, Media files (images, videos) menu items. You can import XML files by using the free WordPress Plugin, called WordPress Importer<\/u><\/a>\u00a0<\/b>and activate it.\u00a0Then, go to Tools<\/strong>\u00a0\u2192\u00a0Import<\/strong>, click WordPress<\/strong>. Check the Choose File<\/strong> button, pick up the demo file that you need (for example, demo-01.xml)<\/em> and click Upload file and import<\/strong>. Under Import Attachments<\/strong>, check the Download and import file attachments<\/strong> box and click submit.

    Keep in mind<\/span> \u00a0 You may have to repeat the Import step until you see “All Done” to get the full list of Posts, Projects, Products, Album, Products, Menu Items and Media files.<\/div><\/li>\n
  2. DAT files\u00a0(*.dat)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 comprise options from Theme Customizer (Appearance \u2192 Customize<\/em>). In order to import DAT files, you need to install and activate the free plugin\u00a0\u2014 Customizer Export\/Import<\/u><\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>After doing so, go to\u00a0Appearance \u2192 Customize\u00a0\u2192 Export\/Import<\/em>, find Import section, choose the import file you need\u00a0(for example, theme-options-01.dat), <\/em>check\u00a0Download and import image files\u00a0<\/strong>and click on\u00a0Import<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
  3. SLIDER files\u00a0(*.zip)<\/strong> \u2014\u00a0comprise items made up with Revolution Slider, the premium plugin the theme comes with. In order to import these files, you need to have Revolution Slider being installed and activated. Then, in your dashboard, go to Revolution Slider<\/strong>, find Import Slider<\/strong> button, choose the ZIP file with the necessary slider\u00a0(for example, home-top-slider.zip), <\/em>then click on Import Slider<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Demo is an example of what you can achieve when working with your theme.<\/strong>\u00a0The purpose of Preview Demos is to show you how flexible the theme can be. They are fully completed and built by professional designers using the your Theme features. No customizations needed.<\/p>\n

    The demos are useful when you don\u2019t know where to begin while building up your site, especially when you are new to this field. They represent a great starting point for your website that allow you to focus on experimenting with theme’s various options, rather than thinking of layout or creating content.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
